Alterations
Customers may request size or minor fitting alterations within 24 hours of placing an order.
Alteration services may incur additional charges. Once the alteration process has begun, the order becomes non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending items back for alterations.
Refunds and Exchanges
Numqeel does not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases where the customer receives an incorrect or damaged item.
Any claims regarding damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
